7 days Grace Period - If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase or received a wrong /defective item, you may request for exchange or return the products to us within 7 days of receipt of your order (based on the receiving date).
The return or exchange item must return in its original packaging and unused together with the gift item if any. For item return for exchange will base on stock availability. You can exchange with same value or close to value items.
Please email us at email@example.com or call us at 62450252 if required to make return or exchange. Please include the item code of the purchase or receipt number to facilitate the procedure.
Just a few simple steps:
Email us your order number (best with receipt number) and the reasons for your return
Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely

Alternatively you can visit our office personally where we can process your return item. No cash/credit card refund will be handled at the office
100% Refund Policy
As long as your return item meets the return policy, we will refund without any question asked.
If the return is due to unsatisfied, the shipping fees will be responsible by you. If the return is a result of our error, we will credit back the return shipping fee to you.
The total value of product will than refund to you via either Paypal/cheque/bank transfer. The refund method will depend on the payment mode you used when you make the purchase.
We will notify you via email after the refund process is completed normally it takes less than 48 hours to process.
Paypal refund : within 48 hrs
Cheque or bank transfer : 7 – 14 days.
If the exchange is due to damage during the delivery, we will make an exchange (subject to stock availability) with no extra shipping cost. If the stock is not available, you can choose to exchange with same value of other products or value equivalent to the item you have purchased.
All shipping cost will be bear by us.
If the exchange is due to unsatisfied, you can choose to exchange with other products at the same value. If the item you choose to exchange, the value is higher than your purchase amount you have to top up the different amount via Paypal/cheque/bank transfer. If the exchange value is lower than the item you have selected, they will be no refund in the different in amount. You have to bear the shipping cost for all exchange items due to unsatisfied.
CANCEL /CHANGE OF ORDER POLICY
We usually dispatch all orders within the next business day (exclude Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays). If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed the order, specifying your order number will help to facilitate the cancel/change of order process.
Please take note that they will be a S$5.00 administration charge for any cancellation or change of order.
If your order has already packed or dispatched, you are not allow to cancel or change the order.
The payment is convenient, safe and secured, you have THREE options:-

2.Cheque – Only apply for Singapore Customer

All orders will delivery via Singapore Post normal mail/airmail, we are not responsible for any missing item or lost during the transit time. The transit time for Singapore is 1- 2 working days, overseas is 8– 14 days.
Registered Mail/Airmail - Optional (Strongly recommended for safe and 100% secured delivery)
We would suggest that you send your order via registered mail/airmail. Guaranteed that the item will arrive to you save and secured with tracking number. if the item/parcel lost in transit, you are able to claim 100% refund of the value you have declared from the Post Office. You get 100% assurance and guaranteed for a small amount of S$2.20.
Express service is available if you need your order urgently.
Singapore - within a day delivery: S$12.00, Next day delivery: S$7.00
Overseas – Please check the express service charges when check out or email us for details.
Please provide correct delivery address, P.O Box and hotel address is not acceptable for standard mail service. If failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will deduct the original shipping fees, bank handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.
Re-Direct Delivery Address
If you need to re-direct your delivery address, please inform us immediately after you have made your order. If your order already processed and on the way for delivery, re-direct of address will not be accept. Please make sure that you provide us correct delivery address.
