    Step 2 - Browse the categories and select the item, add to your shopping cart and proceed to check out.

    Step 3 - Select the payment mode and follow the payment guideline to complete your order. Once the order is completed, you will receive a Thank You Letter from us to confirm your order. Once the payment is received, we will post your order next working day. We will follow with an email to inform you that your purchase has been sent on which date. If you selected to send your order via Registered mail, trucking number will be sent to you when the parcel is delivered.

  4. Yes, you can order through phone. Before we process your order, we need you to sign agreement form to authorize us to process the order on your behalf to avoid misunderstanding or dispute in the future.

  8. We accept payment via Paypal (visa/master/debit card) , bank transfer and cheque ( cheque payment only apply to local customer).

  14. Yes, you can exchange subject to stock availability. If we do not have the stock, the options are:

  15. How is the quality of your goods?
  16. Please be rest assured that, all products are checked for defects and QC before deliver to customers. They will be 5 – 10% variation in colors due to the monitor displayed.
